This website is operated by Limestone Clothing. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Limestone Clothing. Limestone Clothing offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

PURCHASES

You must ensure all customer information is correct at time of check out. We are not liable for any missing order and/ or product if the incorrect address was supplied by the customer.

Replacement order and/ or product will not be sent at our expense.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

We have the right to place any product on back-order if it is unavailable at the time of order. We will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase should this occur with a expected dispatch date. If your product is unavailable at time of order and is not able to be put on back-order, we have the right to cancel your order and issue you with a store credit or refund 

PAYMENT

Payment must be made at time of check out. We have the right to refuse service to any customer who has not made payment at this time. Payment method includes PayPal and credit card via secured transaction on shopify.

After check out and payment has been completed, we will email you with your order confirmation and payment receipt. 

 SECURITY AND PRIVACY

We recognize and value the protection of your personal information and are aware of our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 and we will ensure that we fulfill our obligations under that Act.

 CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Limestone Clothing may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

RETURNS POLICY

All full-priced items can be returned for an exchange or credit within 7 days of receiving your order, we can exchange size or a credit will be issued to you for purchase at another time 6 months to use your credit.

Items purchased on Sale cannot be returned for an exchange or credit.

We don’t offer credits on change of mind.

Credit will be for the returned item only and not include any postage and handling incurred. 

All items must be returned to us new, unworn and with all original swing tags attached.
You must arrange to send the item back to us at your own cost within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

The items must:

- be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
- For hygienic reasons lingerie, hosiery or earrings cannot be returned.
- Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition

MALFUNCTION OR FAULTY ITEMS, and INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you believe there is a fault or malfunction with any good provided, contact us within 7 business days via email. If we deem there is evidence of previous fault we can organise an exchange, refund or credit.
